Danielle had a progressive brain disorder, but despite her health challenges, she just loved to smile. She and her family were supported by our hospices through the most difficult of times. This is her story.

At just one year old, Thomas was diagnosed with a childhood cancer and a rare neurological condition. Thomas and his family were supported by Naomi House & Jacksplace, as he came to the end of his life. This is Thomas’s story.
13 year old Hope loves stories, swimming, the wind in her hair and the sun on her face. When she was in considerable pain after her surgery for scoliosis, her family were desperate for help. This is Hope’s story.
After a difficult birth, Archie was born with severe brain damage, causing quadriplegic cerebral palsy, epilepsy and blindness. Archie is a funny, cheeky boy with a contagious smile. This is his story.

Jasmine's brother, Oliver regularly visits Naomi House & Jacksplace. Having a brother who has additional needs brings its challenges, and Jasmine is also supported by our hospices, through activity days and one-to-one support. This is Jasmine's story, shared in her words.
